1. Damaged or Broken Products (Replacement Only)
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective:
You must contact us within 24 hours after delivery.
Proof (clear photos or videos) of the damaged product is required.
After verification, we will replace the product with another one in good condition.
No refunds will be issued for damaged items; replacement only.
2. Not Satisfied With the Product (Full Refund)
If the customer is not satisfied with the product because it does not match what was clearly stated in our product description:
A full refund will be issued.
The request must be made within a reasonable time after delivery.
The product must be returned following our instructions.
3. Expectations Not Mentioned in the Description (No Refund)
Refunds are not accepted in the following case:
If the customer did not read the product description carefully.
If the customer expected results, features, or benefits that were not mentioned in the product description.
In this case, refunds or returns are not allowed.
